How I work 2:30

/01 The thesis

AI won’t replace your people. It will create work that doesn’t exist yet — and the companies that find that work first will own the decade. I work close to the work: on your floor, in your systems, with the people who actually run the thing. We learn by doing, so my job is to build the action space where doing is possible.

/02 What I do

Three ways in

Consulting when the direction is unclear. Workshops when the room needs to change. Training when the capability has to stay.

01AI Consulting

  • 01

    Practical AI Transformation

Your company has several possible futures. We look at each one honestly — then I help you get to the one you pick.

  • 02

    AI Business Models

New revenue, or the quiet erosion of the revenue you already have. I help you find the first before the second finds you.

  • 03

    Coaching & Long Advisory

An advisor across years, not slides. Boards, committees, the calls that arrive without warning. Bold decisions that don’t break the company.

  • 04

    Rapid Prototyping

Working prototypes in days, not quarters. I assemble specialists from around the world and we build until it runs.

02Strategic Workshops

  • 01One day

    D-DAY

Morning: your team watches what already exists. Live products, shipping today, some aimed squarely at you. By lunch nobody is comfortable. The afternoon is what you do about it.

  • 02One day, structured

    BIRTH-DAY

Your senior managers and strongest individual contributors rebuild the company as if it had been founded in an AI-native world. You leave with a map for the next 18 months — and teams that think differently about technology.

  • 03Two days

    RETREAT

Every team reinvents the part of the business they own and sets the AI standard they’ll hold themselves to. The company rises to meet it.

03Training

  • 0110 weeks

    Becoming an AI Manager

One hour, Thursday lunch, ten weeks. For managers and department heads who intend to be the person their CEO calls about AI.

  • 024 weeks

    Executive Intensive

Two hours a week, early morning or over lunch. The vocabulary, the principles, and the judgment to lead a transformation you can defend in a board meeting.

/03 Why me

Why executives call

  • 01 Close to the work, never above it
  • 02 Prototypes in days, not quarters
  • 03 Specialist teams assembled worldwide
  • 04 Decisions you can defend in a board

Principles

AI won’t replace jobs. It will create them.

Genchi genbutsu — go and see for yourself.

We learn by doing. So we build action space.

/04 How the work goes

Close to the work

Four movements, from first visit to something that runs.

  1. 01

    Go and see

I start on your floor, in your systems, with the people who run the thing.

  2. 02

    Show the futures

Several are possible. We look at each one honestly, including the uncomfortable ones.

  3. 03

    Choose one

You decide. I make sure the decision is bold — and defensible.

  4. 04

    Build until it runs

Prototypes in days. Specialist teams assembled as the work demands.

/05 Engagements

How we work together

Every engagement is scoped to the decision in front of you. Pricing is a conversation, not a table.

One session

A day

D-DAY, BIRTH-DAY, or a working session with your executive team.

  • Executive workshop
  • Live market teardown
  • Decisions before you leave
Request a day →

Years

An advisory relationship

Ongoing counsel. Boards, hard calls, opportunities and risks as they arrive.

  • Board & committee attendance
  • On-call judgment
  • Long-horizon strategy

/06 Fit

I don’t take every engagement

I work with a handful of companies at a time so the work stays close and the attention stays real. Before we talk, it’s worth knowing whether this is a match.

We’ll work well together if

  • You can actually decide — or you bring the person who can
  • You want your teams changed, not a report delivered
  • You’ll put your best people in a room for a full day
  • You want to build something, not only plan it

We won’t if

  • You need a deck to show the board
  • You’re shopping for the cheapest option
  • You’re doing AI because someone asked you to
  • You want someone to rubber-stamp a decision already made

/06 Who I am

Edouard Reinach

Founder & CEO, Trampoline AI

I've spent seventeen years close to the work — founding an agency, running growth for a media group, advising boards, and rebuilding how companies operate around new technology. Today I'm founder and CEO of Trampoline AI, where we turn business processes into autonomous software using our own open-source runtime. It's downloaded thousands of times a week by engineers at Google, Nvidia, Red Hat and Pinecone. We're backed by MILA, the Vector Institute, NextAI and Creative Destruction Lab. That's why the advice isn't theoretical. I ship the thing I'm advising you about. When I say a prototype takes days, it's because we build them in days.

  • 17 years advising boards across North America and Europe
  • Backed by MILA · Vector Institute · NextAI · CDL
  • Based in Montreal. Works worldwide.
  • Works in English and French

/07 What clients say

Edouard is a smart, reliable and outcome driven person. Curious by nature, very hands-on and adaptive, he has developed extensive knowledge and ability in AI technologies, that had been very helpful in our recent collaboration. I highly recommend any collaboration with him, as a Consultant or as a Partner.
Christophe Guénard Chief Client Officer, Valtech Group
Edouard is a unique individual you want to have on your team. His ability to see beyond the obvious, to conceptualize and vulgarize makes for a strong consultant, but also an ally when leading complex business transformations. I would highlight his fearless business vision, his expertise on emerging business models and his expertise in technology languages.
Nathalie Tremblay CMO
Il a été capable de comprendre très rapidement les défis de notre entreprise et surtout, de proposer des solutions pragmatiques qui ont eu un impact immédiat. Il possède une profondeur de compétences telle que j’en ai rarement vue.
David Fugere President, Code Genome
Meryem Abou El Bal Client Partner — Digital Transformation
Not only is he up to date in his knowledge, but he is very transparent and made very constructive comments to help us think outside the box and go further. You are in good hands with Édouard. I highly recommend.
Marie-Hélène D. Maher AI & Innovation Leader
Not only Edouard shared highly valuable insights with the audience but he did so in a clear and very entertaining way. The audience was captivated, not missing a single bit of what he was narrating. He definitely knows how to communicate the right messages in the right way to make an impact for his audience.
Michel Ferry Head of Product, Zeffy

/08 FAQ

Good questions

What does a first engagement look like?

Usually one day. D-DAY if you want a shock to the system, or a working session if you already know where you’re going. Both end with something decided.

Do you work with our teams, or replace them?

Yours, always. I work close to the work — on your floor, with the people who run the thing. For prototypes I assemble specialists from around the world alongside your team.

How fast can we have something real?

A working prototype in days. Not a mockup — something that runs.

Do we need technical people in the room?

No. Executives and managers usually get more out of it than engineers do. The vocabulary is part of what I teach.

What languages do you work in?

English and French.

Where do you work?

On site, wherever that is. Genchi genbutsu — you can’t advise on work you haven’t seen.
